At Little Explorer, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because the journey to adventure should start the moment you click “buy.”


Order Processing Times

We carefully prepare each order to ensure your Little Explorer gear arrives safely and ready for adventure.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch after your order is placed. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way!

During high-demand seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on your location and local courier services. Below are the current average delivery estimates:

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or peak seasons. International orders may experience customs-related delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

To make sure your order gets to you quickly, please double-check that all shipping details are correct before submitting your order.
If you spot an error, email us within 24 hours at hello@littleexplorer.shop, and we’ll do our best to fix it.

If an address is incomplete or flagged by our system, our team will reach out within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear back in time, we may need to cancel your order to avoid further delays.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how exciting it is to receive your Little Explorer package — and we work hard to ship every order quickly.
However, once the package leaves our hands, unexpected events such as weather, carrier delays, or transit disruptions can occasionally slow things down.

While we can’t control courier operations, we’ll always do our best to help track your order and keep you informed. If your shipment experiences a delay, please reach out to us at hello@littleexplorer.shop, and we’ll assist however we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with your household members or neighbors — packages sometimes get tucked away safely.
If you still can’t locate it, contact the shipping courier to file a claim, and then email us at hello@littleexplorer.shop so we can help follow up on your behalf.

While Little Explorer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed to the carrier, we’ll do everything possible to assist you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
